Payment Plan Policy & Client Responsibility

Payment Authorization & Commitment
If you select a payment plan, you authorize The Website The Closers Society and or Michelly Richardson (and its third-party payment processors) to charge your selected payment method automatically and in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule.
You understand and agree that:
- You are legally bound to complete all payments in your plan, regardless of your level of engagement with or completion of the product or service.
- Payment plans cannot be paused, canceled, or avoided after the purchase is confirmed.
- Failure to make timely payments will result in suspended access to any digital products or active design work until your account is brought current.
Missed Payments & Delinquency
We allow a 3-day grace period after a missed payment. After that time:
- A $35 late fee will be applied to your account.
- If your payment remains unpaid after 30 days, the full remaining balance of your plan becomes immediately due in full.
- If payment is not received within 45 days, your account may be referred to a collections agency for recovery.
